A nice collection of different pieces of Ethiopian jewelry.
The two crosses, made of low-grade silver and nickle, were collected in the city of Lalibela. ( 7,5 and 14 cm high).
The three cylinders , made of low-grade silver and nickle, were worn around the neck. Decorated with very thin lines of silver-thread. ( 4/4,3/5 cm lenght). Also found in Lalibela.
Finally an amulette is presented; a leather pouch with a rolled-up scroll, used as a protective object for the bearer.( 75 mm)
All items collected in situ in the late 1960's.
