Hand carved from a single piece of wood with beads decorations.

Original African "jimma" stool, hand carved in the Jimma region of Ethiopia. It is carved from a single piece of dense wood. It has a hollow round seat and three curved legs, a feature often found in chairs from Ethiopia. Small to medium in size with three supporting legs. Attrsctive cut out desighn on the back support with deep lusty patina.
